Layout - Cavan Court has capacity for 9 clients within a mixture of self-contained and 2bed flats (3 x studios, 2 x 1bed flats and 2 x 2bed flats) across 3 floors. 

On-site support -  24/7 supported living service with sleep-in staff based in staff flat as standard (additional individual needs can be assessed and catered for). 

Additional features - 

• Each flat is equipped with a modern French door  which leads to their individual patios.
• Flats on the ground floor each have a front and back modern French door that leads to ground floor patios at the back of each respective flats. Both are divided with a lap pressure treated fence divider with one side that can be lifted to access one’s patio for a larger gathering.
• 2 car charging ports for electric vehicles 
• Each flat has their own private patios that  gives the client more time to relax and have their coffee galore especially in the summertime!

Some of these that we showcase is the famous and   popular “Come Chat with me” therapeutic sessions. It is a one-to-one  service support that starts with a What Matters informal conversation to identify underlying needs of each individual we support, progressing with a plan to help our client address these needs and take a small step forward on their recovery journey. 

Our client said that what they need is someone to listen to their tell-tale stories, takes off a weight on their shoulders and  helps them to understand their thoughts and feelings for the day as well as helping them to build or rebuild or develop their strengths, skills and   talents that provides a steppingstone to maximise their independence. 

Our service showcase the 

• “Wednesday Karaoke Night” and/or board games   such as Chess tournament, scrabble and card games.  
• We also invite you to join our epic culinary adventure featuring our very own “Come Dine with Me” individual or group session every Thursday where clients are able to showcase their best nutritionally healthy prepared meals and learn cooking skills in our communal dining/lounge with staff support.
• Additionally, we offer to provide at least once a month amazing outdoor community and social activities such as cinema and trip to the seaside, Central London and even holidays abroad.
• Others are football or badminton outdoor games at the nearest park.
