SUPPORT WE CAN OFFER
NSSL Group is a diverse organisation providing a flexible and personalised service, supporting adults and young adults who are transitioning and/or Leaving Care and who will be 18+ at the time of placement.
As part of our services, NSSL Group provides access to support staff on a 24hr basis within each property. We offer flexible support packages which include delivering one to one support as required by each clients’ support plan.
Our services are not discriminatory; we assess clients based on their needs/risks and compatibility with others.
All referrals will be fully assessed, with input from the client and professionals, to ensure that any placements offered are pragmatic and an effective solution for the client, whilst reducing the overall cost of care.
Costs will be agreed with the placing authority as part of the planning process. Clients are likely to have been allocated a Personal Budget and may be receiving Direct Payments.
NSSL Group Ltd is a well-established organisation and, through the delivery of our Supported Living Service, we have built up strong working relationships with our partners and local authorities. We work closely with various local councils and voluntary organisations to assess referrals for individuals who need it most, and to provide effective and appropriate placements for their needs.
Please contact us for placement availability, including urgent requirements, so that we can plan and support clients effectively. We are responsive to requests for new accommodation and our portfolio continues to expand.

We aim to promote confidence, independence and choice whilst supporting with any of the following:
- Managing Behaviours and Reducing Risks
- Health Appointments and other meetings
- Moving on to Independent Living or Step Down
- Paying bills and budget planning
- Sourcing and accessing activities, employment, volunteering outside the client’s home.
- Dealing with correspondence (filling out forms, making calls etc)
- Travel training and building confidence to access the wider community
- Meal planning and preparation including awareness of dietary needs and having a healthy balanced diet.
- Shopping
- Personal care
Our Support can be coupled with other social services, such as job training, life skills training, alcohol and drug abuse education and prevention programs and case management to people in need of assistance, including people suffering with mental health, acquired brain injury, or learning disability.
Person-Centered Support:
Each client will have a Person-Centred Support Plan which enables them to strive for greater autonomy, respect, safety, good health and involvement in the community.
Clients are involved in creating their person-centered support plan, giving them the opportunity to tell us what is important to them.
With our support worker by their side, clients will be well on their way to achieving their goals and making better decisions.
Our experienced and highly trained staff provide the highest quality of care to our clients, with the ultimate goal is to help them live happy and fulfilled lives.
Our staff are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year to meet client needs and requirements. One to one support will be provided as required by the clients personalised plan.
We support clients on their journey to develop and maximise their independence. We will provide as much, or as little, support they need for each of the living skills and will guide them to achieve the goals necessary to live independently.
