Here is some feedback from my stay at NSSL Goffs Court.
I had a very warm welcome at Goff's Court on arrival. I just knew that this was going to be perfect right from the beginning. My experience with Goffs Court was nonetheless a great opportunity to recuperate from all that had happened in my life before. I was able to build a stable environment to help fortify a daily routine and concentrate on rebuilding my life at my own pace. I would personally like to thank all staff that had an influence in my stay at Goffs Court. Without your encouragement and guidance, it would have been a hellish ride to get my life on track once again. A special thanks to Hannah F. for her contribution in bringing order and balance to my financial situation and was relentless seeing no stone was unturned in this matter. Furthermore, my accommodation was of a very high standard. Although there was an issue with damp in the property which I was safeguarded for, all the necessary measures were put into place and the issue was resolved amicably. Overall if I had to rate my stay at NSSL Goffs Court out of 1 to 10 (10 Being perfect and 1 being disappointing) I would give them a 10. This is the best quality of life I have had in many years. Goffs Court was a necessary foothold I needed to rehabilitate from illness and addiction. For this I owe the staff and residents of Goffs Court a large thank you for your support and advice, friendships, and hospitality.

Family compliments regarding client emergency transfer.
"Dear Christina and Dennisford,
I'm not sure how it got lost in translation but I had my hours/tenancy review meeting last week and was only given 15 minutes notice.
It doesn't matter a great deal because I was able to attend but I was quite distressed.
Obviously I didn't tell (external professionals) from the (funding authority).
I would have got upset anyway as I get so anxious.
My main reason for emailing was I wanted to let you know that Jade (Team Leader) was extremely helpful and supportive, and I believe she came in early to be able to attend the meeting for which I am very grateful.
Hayley was also helpful and supportive as usual.
I also wanted to thank you both.
Cannon Kirk is like a different place since you both joined.
I know this isn't my forever home but I believe I wouldn't be here today if I hadn't have moved in here.
Jade has blossomed immensely and things feel more stable and calm all round.
Also my latest keywork session is the best I've had. I appreciate that's also a reflection on my ability to engage.
Nonetheless it was really good and I felt Grace (support worker) was invested in the process and didn't rush me. You know how much I talk!

"First of all I just want to say a massive thank you to Next Step Support staff Bedford House, for their assistance with Mrs Y's move. The removals company we booked fell through and we were facing a crisis but Megan and the others stepped in to help, before we were able to make other arrangements. They went above and beyond to ensure the move went well."
I wanted to go on record to thank all the staff at Goff’s Court for the tremendous support , care and communication during Mr X’s disappearance, it is fair to say that without the teams constant support it would have been far harder for ourselves to have coped with the distressing days while he was AWOL. The whole team responded so quickly and without fuss.
A very important part was the role Kieran (Deputy Manager) played in attending when Mr X returned , as we know he was in a bad way. Kieran had the good sense to call an ambulance as Mr X was suffering and was very disorientated he made a great call.
Since his return the team has also continued the support visiting Mr X at Kingfisher Court in support of us .
The call yesterday with the wider hospital team which you (Hannah, Service Manager) joined remotely again showed the level of support. As we know Ian is now on a change of medication which we feel was long overdue.
We would like to thank Hannah, Shannon, Karen, Kieran, Sunday if we have missed anyone please send our thanks.
In these days where it seems the norm to moan about Mental Health services and associated support we cannot speak highly enough of the team at Goff’s Court .
Thank you for changing the fish tank and feeding the fish.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the staff at Chaucer Road and other within the company who have supported. I have recently placed a client from Buckinghamshire who’s behaviour has been extremely inappropriate towards all staff who are there to provide care and support for them. The staff have been amazing and continued to set professional boundaries at all times and continued to try and interact with them regardless of their behaviours. They have communicated with me on all incidents, whether this is via phone call or email and have provided me with written evidence (daily logs) of each incident to allow me to have these for my client record and to understand what has happened.
Within my working profession, you come across good and bad practices of different professional placements, Chaucer Road is one of the greats and all the staff have been exceptional 😊
Hi there,
I hope that this message finds you well. I’m writing to express our gratitude to all of the members of Next Step support, particularly Gulsum Zeki, who has proven a highly valued contact to our Brokerage team. Next Step have also proved to be an invaluable provider in recent years; able to offer robust and meaningful placements for clients with a range of Learning Disabilities and Mental health support needs. They have housed some of our clients with very high support needs and coped with a range of additional challenges thought out the placements. From a brokerage perspective, I’ve always found Gulsum to be prompt, professional, composed and well informed. Next step have provided affordable solutions to some tricky placements, I look forward to continued collaboration in the years to come.
