 At NSSL Group, we have a highly skilled team of dedicated and friendly staff who are passionate about the work that they do. Our support workers will help clients on a day-to-day basis to meet their goals and enable them to do the things they want to do. One of our support workers will be assigned as their keyworker. Support workers have easy and direct access to our experienced management team for advice during day-to-day activities, and line management for supervision and mentoring, i.e. planning their own personal training and development. We provide a wide range of in-house and externally sourced training for our staff, including selected training from specialist organisations. This enables the support team to adapt and manage a wide range of new and changing clients’ needs and continue to provide a high-quality level of person-centered support. Our support team has the capability to provide a tailored response to each client whilst maintaining the highest standards and uphold our values, with new staff receiving Induction Training and relevant qualifications up to QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care as a minimum. 

  Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
