OUR COMPANY
We have rebranded as NSSL Group and have been running supported living services for over 15 years.
NSSL Group provides support and accommodation to adults (18+) with a range of a diverse needs, including Mental Health, Learning Disability, Substance Abuse etc, as well as personal care services regulated by the Care Quality Commissions (CQC).
Our philosophy of care is focused on the person and their choices. We believe in helping our clients to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing, so they can make the best choices for themselves. Our goal is to help them feel empowered, so they can live a fulfilling life.
We believe everyone is unique, and that a person’s needs are different from one another’s. We also believe that each person is an expert on their own life, and what works for one, may not work for another. That’s why we learn about each of our client’s goals, values, and interests, so we can help them to achieve the best outcome.
We value our reputation with local authorities and professionals for being a responsive service provider.
NSSL Group works with reputable landlords and housing associations to provide quality accommodation, and our portfolio continues to expand to accommodate new and future demands within the social care sector.
OUR SUPPORT STAFF
At NSSL Group, we have a highly skilled team of dedicated and friendly staff who are passionate about the work that they do. Our support workers will help clients on a day-to-day basis to meet their goals and enable them to do the things they want to do. One of our support workers will be assigned as their keyworker. Support workers have easy and direct access to our experienced management team for advice during day-to-day activities, and line management for supervision and mentoring, i.e. planning their own personal training and development. We provide a wide range of in-house and externally sourced training for our staff, including selected training from specialist organisations. This enables the support team to adapt and manage a wide range of new and changing clients’ needs and continue to provide a high-quality level of person-centered support. Our support team has the capability to provide a tailored response to each client whilst maintaining the highest standards and uphold our values, with new staff receiving Induction Training and relevant qualifications up to QCF Level 2 Health and Social Care as a minimum.
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
